OUR JOURNEY
10 years ago, our life in the kitchen changed. Moving to a gluten free lifestyle changed not only the lives of our daughter and I, but also the whole family. We have always found joy in the kitchen, from finding new recipes and perfecting family recipes to cooking together to sharing meals, our families’ best memories were in a kitchen and around the dinner table. A tradition passed down from my parents, a tradition that we have enjoyed continuing with our family, and a tradition we would like to share with you.
OUR MISSIONOur goal at Green Spatula is to create gluten free whole foods more accessible for you to enjoy and love. We want to cultivate a connection between you, your food, and those you share it with, giving you time and relaxation around your table to strengthen your connections with everything around you.

OUR FOODAt Green Spatula, all our food is gluten free. We use fresh produce from our own gardens that are locally sourced. We have perfected our family recipes that have been passed down and have created new staples in our kitchen, we hope that these become staples in yours as well!
